We are constantly adding selections to our inventory.  Please email us at support@5mina.com and ask for any products that you have in mind.

Q) How do I place an order?

To purchase a product(s), please add it to your shopping 'Cart', located on the top right.  Fill in 'Ship To' and 'Payment' details and press 'Place Order'.  

Q) How can I track my order?

To view and track your order status, please select 'Order History' on the left navigation panel.  You will also receive an email that confirms your order, an update email as your order becomes processed, and a final email when your order ships!

Q) What if I haven't received any email confirmations?

Please check your bulk mail.

Q) Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel an order within 3 hours of the order being placed.  Please go to 'Order History', select your Order to view details, and press the Cancel Order button.

Q) When do I get billed?

We will charge your credit card only after your Order is shipped.  On order placement, we simply authorize your transaction before we process your order.

Q) Do you support international shipments?

Yes, absolutely!  We ship to all countries globally.

Q) What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal.  All payments will be charged in US dollars.
